AI-ASSISTED FEATURES AND AUTOMATED ANALYSIS STATEMENT
OCEANSKY ENTERPRISES PTY LTD · ABN 54 699 634 387
Effective date: 8 August 2026
1. Purpose and legal status
This AI-Assisted Features and Automated Analysis Statement (Statement) explains how artificial intelligence, algorithmic processing, statistical models, rules, scoring, ranking, simulation and other automated methods may support the Chance Lab website, applications, accounts and related services (Service). It forms part of the legal terms governing the Service and must be read with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Service and Lottery Analysis Disclaimer, Intellectual Property and Permitted Use Policy and other documents incorporated by the Terms of Use.
This Statement does not exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Mandatory law prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.
2. Nature of AI-assisted features
The Service may use automated systems to organise information, identify statistical relationships, generate explanations, compare combinations, calculate scores, rank or filter material, detect anomalies, personalise presentation, support security, or assist other Service functions. A feature may combine software rules, licensed tools, third-party technology, human-designed parameters and machine-generated output.
References to AI or automation describe a technical method, not human intelligence, professional judgement, consciousness, certainty or independent authority. Interface labels, examples or summaries do not expand the function beyond the limitations stated in this Statement.
3. Educational and analytical purpose only
AI-assisted outputs are provided only as general educational, informational and statistical analysis. They are not lottery entries, official results, winning-number predictions, gambling recommendations, financial advice, professional advice or instructions to spend money or participate in a lottery.
No output guarantees accuracy, completeness, usefulness, availability, originality, a particular interpretation, improved odds, winnings, profit or any future result. Lottery outcomes remain random and the official probability of a number combination is not changed by its score, wording, ranking or presentation within the Service.
4. Inherent limitations
Automated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, ambiguous, repetitive, biased, incorrectly classified or factually wrong. They may reflect limitations in source data, assumptions, prompts, model design, statistical methods, software, integrations or the user's input. Similar inputs may produce different outputs, and an output may not explain every factor that influenced it.
Historical patterns and correlations do not establish causation or reliable future prediction. Apparent confidence, precision, detail or fluent language must not be treated as proof that an output is correct or suitable for a user's circumstances.
5. Data and source limitations
The Service may rely on official, licensed, public, third-party or internally processed data. Data may be delayed, corrected, reformatted, unavailable or affected by source and transmission errors. Chance Lab does not represent that every dataset is exhaustive, real-time or free from error.
Official lottery operators and relevant authorities remain the authoritative sources for game rules, eligibility, draw schedules, ticket requirements, probabilities and results. Users must verify material information directly with the relevant official source before acting outside the Service.
6. User judgement and verification
Users must review outputs critically, consider the stated context and limitations, and independently verify information before relying on it. Users must not use an output as the sole basis for a financial, legal, health, safety, employment, eligibility, identity, credit or other high-impact decision.
Any decision to participate in a lawful lottery or spend money is made independently by the user outside the Service. The user remains responsible for legal eligibility, compliance with official rules, personal limits, account security, inputs submitted and the consequences of external decisions.
7. No universal human review
Unless Chance Lab expressly states otherwise for a particular feature, outputs are not individually reviewed, approved or verified by a person before being shown. Chance Lab is not required to monitor, explain, reproduce, preserve or manually validate every input, intermediate step or output.
Chance Lab may use sampling, testing, moderation, automated safeguards or human review where reasonably appropriate, but doing so for one feature, output or incident does not create a continuing duty to do so for every user or occasion.
8. Changes, correction and withdrawal
Models, parameters, prompts, sources, scoring methods, safeguards and outputs may change as the Service, data, law and reasonable operations evolve. A current output may differ from a previous output without indicating an error, entitlement or contractual promise.
Chance Lab may label, correct, suppress, recalculate, replace, quarantine or withdraw an output, feature or dataset where reasonably necessary for integrity, safety, security, legal compliance or prevention of misuse. Users should report a material suspected error to the contact in section 16 with enough information for reasonable investigation.
9. Inputs and prohibited content
Users must have the right to submit their inputs and must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious or harmful material; personal information about another person without authority; confidential business information; access credentials; or sensitive information not expressly requested through an authorised process.
Chance Lab may reject, filter, limit, remove or preserve inputs and outputs where reasonably necessary to enforce the legal terms, protect users or the Service, investigate misuse, comply with law or respond to a valid request. Submission does not guarantee that content will be processed, retained, displayed or returned.
10. Prohibited use and circumvention
Users must not use AI-assisted features to facilitate unlawful gambling, fraud, manipulation, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, deception, security abuse, underage participation or evasion of a lawful restriction. Users must not present outputs as official, certain, independently verified or endorsed by Chance Lab for an unauthorised purpose.
Users must not systematically extract outputs, probe safeguards, reverse engineer protected methods, reconstruct datasets, automate excessive requests, bypass limits, or use Service material or protected outputs to train, benchmark, fine-tune, validate or develop a competing model, product or service, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by mandatory law or Chance Lab gives prior written permission.
11. Platform controls and enforcement
Chance Lab may apply rate limits, access controls, logging, anomaly detection, moderation, verification, output restrictions and other proportionate safeguards. It may investigate activity, preserve relevant records, restrict a feature, suspend or terminate access, or refer a matter to a service provider or authority where reasonably necessary.
Safeguards reduce risk but cannot prevent every inaccurate output, misuse, security event or harmful external action. Their use does not create a duty to continuously monitor every user, output, external decision or third-party system.
12. Intellectual property and feedback
Rights in the Service, its software, models, configurations, prompts, selection and arrangement of data, scoring logic, interfaces and protected materials remain with Chance Lab or its licensors. Access to an output gives only the limited use rights stated in the applicable legal terms and does not transfer rights in the underlying system or method.
If a user voluntarily provides feedback, correction suggestions or evaluation information, Chance Lab may use it to operate, secure, assess and improve the Service in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Users must not provide material they are not authorised to share.
13. Third-party technology
Some features may depend on third-party models, infrastructure, data or services governed by the provider's terms and availability. Chance Lab may replace, limit or discontinue a provider or integration where reasonably required. A third party does not become Chance Lab's partner, agent or endorser merely because its technology is used.
Third-party interruption, modification, filtering or error may affect an output. Responsibility is allocated under the Terms of Use and Third-Party Services and External Links Statement, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Privacy and automated processing
Personal information used in connection with AI-assisted features is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Users should provide only information reasonably necessary for the selected function and should not assume that an ordinary analysis field is a secure channel for sensitive or confidential information.
Chance Lab does not use an AI-assisted lottery-analysis output to make a legal or similarly significant decision about a user. Security, fraud, payment or eligibility controls may involve automated signals, but Chance Lab may require verification or further review before taking action where reasonably appropriate and required by law.
15. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in this Statement excludes, restricts or modifies the Australian Consumer Law or another guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where permitted by law, responsibility is limited to loss reasonably attributable to Chance Lab's own act or omission and is reduced to the extent the user or a third party caused or contributed to the loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chance Lab is not responsible for loss to the extent caused by a user's prohibited use, failure to verify an output, disregard of a clear limitation, unauthorised input, external lottery participation or reliance on a third-party source. Where the law permits a remedy for failure to comply with a service consumer guarantee to be limited, the remedy may be limited to resupplying the relevant services or paying the reasonable cost of resupply.
