Subscription Terms
Automated subscription billing is not enabled yet. Paid access is currently manually enabled by administrators for testing and early access. Future subscription billing will include clear pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, billing settings, and refund terms before launch.
Paid access does not provide predictions, does not improve odds, and does not provide betting recommendations. Future subscription integration is out of scope for CL-009.

Payment, cancellation, and support
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Chance Lab does not store full card details.
- After payment, Paid access updates once the Stripe webhook confirms it; if the payment flow is not completed, access does not activate automatically.
- Subscription cancellation is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal when enabled, or contact support during the launch phase. After cancellation, Paid access ends at the close of the current billing period.
- Manual/admin-granted Paid access is independent of Stripe and remains administrator-managed.
- For billing, cancellation, or refund help, contact support: Contact support through the account page or an administrator until an email is configured.
- Paid does not predict draw results, recommend numbers, improve winning odds, or guarantee any win.
