Data Sources and Analysis Methodology
This page explains product data sources, maintenance, processing, and analytical methodology. It is not Chance Lab's formal Privacy Policy.
No External Fetch
Chance Lab’s user-facing product does not scrape publicly available lottery draw data from external websites.
Administrator Image Case Data Intake
Administrators may upload screenshots or paste recognized text to assist case data maintenance. Images or extracted text are used only for case-data entry, verification, security, and necessary audit purposes, not for prediction, recommendation, or betting advice, and are deleted or de-identified in accordance with the applicable retention arrangements. Current code does not enable an external OCR service or automatically save uploaded images; complete retention behavior across runtime infrastructure, logs, backups, or future providers remains subject to the applicable arrangements. Data Access and Self-Service Export
Chance Lab does not currently provide a self-service bulk data export function. Users may still request access to or a copy of relevant personal information we hold in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Account Deletion and Data Rights Statement, subject to any grounds on which access may lawfully be refused or limited.
User Private Combination Data
User-entered combinations are private user data and are accessible through the user's own account only.
Analysis Results Are Descriptive
Analysis results are educational and descriptive. They do not predict future results.
PWA Offline Cache
The service worker caches static shell assets only. Private combinations, analysis results, account data, and admin pages are not intentionally cached for offline use.
Data Rights and Account Deletion
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant personal information in accordance with the Account Deletion and Data Rights Statement. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes.
