1. Purpose and legal status

This Service and Lottery Analysis Disclaimer (Disclaimer) explains important limitations applying to the Chance Lab website, applications, accounts, statistical tools, visualisations, combinations, reports, content and related services (Service). It forms part of the legal terms governing the Service and must be read with the Terms of Use and other documents incorporated by those Terms.

This Disclaimer does not exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. If there is an inconsistency, mandatory law prevails.

2. Nature of Chance Lab

Chance Lab is an educational and statistical analysis platform. It helps users explore historical lottery draw information, statistical relationships, patterns, distributions and user-selected combinations.

Chance Lab is not a lottery operator, gambling or betting service, ticket seller, wagering intermediary, financial adviser, investment service, bookmaker or provider of guaranteed predictions. Chance Lab does not sell or issue lottery entries, accept bets, hold wagering funds, select official winning numbers or conduct lottery draws.

3. Randomness and no prediction of future results

Lottery draws are random or chance-based events conducted by independent third parties. Historical frequency, recency, grouping, visualisation, simulation, statistical score, ranking, pattern or other analytical Output does not determine, cause or reliably predict a future draw.

A number that has appeared frequently, infrequently, recently or not recently is not thereby more or less certain to appear in a future independent draw. No Output removes chance, changes official odds, creates an advantage over other valid entries or guarantees any result.

4. Information and education only

The Service and all combinations, selections, rankings, labels, explanations and Outputs are provided for general informational, educational and personal analytical purposes only. They are not personalised gambling, financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, and are not a recommendation or instruction to buy an entry, place a wager, spend money or take financial risk.

Chance Lab does not assess a user's financial circumstances, risk tolerance, legal eligibility, location-specific rules or personal objectives. A user must make independent decisions and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.

5. No guarantee, promise or representation of winnings

To the extent permitted by law, Chance Lab does not promise or guarantee that an Output will match any future winning result; that use of the Service will produce a prize, profit, return, improved odds or other benefit; that one method, combination or Output is superior to another; or that past performance, testing or simulation will be repeated in live conditions.

Words used to organise or describe analytical material—such as frequency, trend, pattern, hot, cold, score, rank, match, candidate, suggested, generated or optimised—are analytical labels only. They do not state or imply certainty, endorsement, official status or a prediction of winning numbers.

6. User responsibility and financial risk

Any decision to participate in a lottery, purchase an entry or rely on information is made independently by the user and at the user's own financial risk, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users are responsible for checking that participation is lawful and age-appropriate in their location, setting their own spending limits, checking official entry requirements and verifying any intended entry before purchase.

Users should never spend more than they can afford to lose and should not use the Service as a basis for borrowing, recovering losses, replacing income or meeting financial obligations. If lottery participation is causing concern or harm, the user should stop and seek appropriate support.

7. Data sources, timeliness and corrections

The Service may use publicly available, licensed, controlled or third-party data. Although Chance Lab may apply reasonable administrative and technical processes, data and Outputs may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, delays, formatting differences or later corrections. Third-party sources may change, become unavailable or use different rules and methods.

The official lottery operator or relevant authority—not Chance Lab—is the authoritative source for draw results, game rules, entry deadlines, eligibility, odds, prize divisions and prize claims. Users must independently verify time-sensitive or transaction-related information with the official source before acting. Chance Lab may correct, replace, reprocess, quarantine or withdraw data or Outputs where reasonably necessary to protect integrity, security or legal compliance.

8. User-entered data and saved combinations

User-entered combinations, saved selections, notes and preferences are not official lottery entries and are not submitted to a lottery operator merely because they appear in, are stored by or are generated through the Service. Saving, displaying, exporting or sharing a combination does not purchase an entry, reserve a number, prove entry or create entitlement to a prize.

Users are responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of information they enter and for retaining any official ticket, receipt or confirmation required by the applicable operator.

9. Experimental, automated and AI-assisted features

A feature identified as experimental, beta, preview, controlled-access, automated or AI-assisted may be incomplete, unavailable, changed or withdrawn and may produce inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected Outputs. Automated language, summaries or explanations may misinterpret data or omit relevant context.

Users must apply independent judgment and verify material information. Chance Lab may impose access, usage, review, security or technical controls and may decline to release, preserve or reproduce an Output where reasonably necessary.

10. Third-party lotteries, services and links

Unless expressly stated, Chance Lab is independent of and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or acting for any lottery operator, government authority, payment provider, data publisher or linked website. Third-party names and marks are used only to identify relevant games, data or services where lawful.

Third-party services, rules, outages, decisions, errors, security practices and transactions are outside Chance Lab's control. A link, reference or integration does not make Chance Lab responsible for a third party or constitute endorsement. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility Chance Lab has under applicable law for services supplied by Chance Lab.

11. Service availability and changes

Chance Lab does not guarantee that the Service or any particular dataset, feature or Output will be continuously available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Maintenance, security events, source changes, legal requirements, technical failures and other operational circumstances may affect availability or content.

Chance Lab may make reasonable changes, suspend access, remove material, correct errors or discontinue a feature in accordance with the Terms of Use. Rights relating to a material failure of a paid service remain governed by applicable law and the relevant subscription documents.

12. Reliance and limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chance Lab is not responsible for a lottery loss, missed entry, invalid entry, failure to claim a prize, spending decision or other loss to the extent it results from treating an Output as a guarantee or official instruction, failing to verify official information, user error, unlawful use, or conduct of a third party outside Chance Lab's reasonable control.

Chance Lab does not seek to exclude responsibility for loss caused by its fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of a non-excludable statutory guarantee or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation is reduced to the extent Chance Lab caused or contributed to the loss. Where the law permits a remedy for a failure to comply with a service consumer guarantee to be limited, the remedy may be limited to resupplying the services or paying the reasonable cost of resupply.

13. Responsible use and age restriction

Accounts, lottery-related analytical features and Plus are for persons aged 18 years or older who may lawfully use them. The Service must not be used to encourage unlawful or harmful gambling, target minors, evade participation controls, impersonate an operator or misrepresent an Output as official or guaranteed.

Chance Lab may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address age, safety, fraud, security, legal or misuse concerns.

14. Changes to this Disclaimer

Chance Lab may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes to the Service, data practices, risks, law or reasonable operations. The updated document will be published on this page with its effective date. Material changes affecting existing paid users will be handled in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law.
